On site Advice and consultancy - £45/hr (minimum 1hrs) plus travel @ 50p per mile
Telephone Advice and Consultancy - £10/15mins
Technical Help Access - Level 1 - £90
12 months telephone support plus 2 remote access sessions p.a.
